To all attendees,

As producer for the Imprint Society, I would like to thank you all for attending the talent search and grand opening of the new production studio. Those of you who know me personally also understood the importance of the event, and the demonstration of support was very much appreciated.

Beginning Monday May 6th, the Imprint Society will be contacting people in this order of priority:

  1. Those who either checked-in with Danni (one of the gals wearing a short black dress) , or those who took time to hunt me down for a conversation will be contacted first to schedule for interviews or auditions depending on your interests.
  2. Those who register via Eventbrite, but did not attend will be next in line.
  3. Finally those who have been corresponding, but did not participate in the event.

All others will have to contact me at 817-919-5402 and see where they can fit into our schedule. The screening process will conclude May 24th, and new projects will begin in June.

So just WHAT IS the Imprint Society? We are a collaborative effort of talents producing business-to-business and business-to-consumer products like commercials, movie shorts, television shows (including animations), workshops, photography, and more. At the grand opening event last weekend we held a special screening early in the day for our clients to show them the commercial they commissioned. In addition, an HD motion graphic education piece was also completed and delivered to them the next morning.

The Imprint Society tries to utilize and compensate local talents. Although some projects include travel, many projects are done locally. Since we're located in the middle of DFW, it will be easy for many of you to come to the warehouse to work, and then drive back home. Several late night projects also help accommodate flexible work schedules.

Thank you again! I hope everyone had a great time at last week's event, and I wish you all the best of luck during the screening process.

Sincerely,

Don, Imprint Society
