Look up...
Sunrise promises good day anew
Storms wash clear the air
Clouds, ocean waves of sky
Sunset smiles and welcomes night.
Wherever you find your inspiration, keep it with you.

Sky Imaginings encourages you to look up and see what may otherwise have been passed by. On this photographic journey, I find myself viewing the world from a totally new perspective, finding inspiration everywhere, getting up early to see if today's sunrise is new and different, stopping along the road to share this view with all. The wind takes my breath away.

Seeing a teardrop on a child or hearing laughter in the least likely people, give hope to my vision. Folks call me Mamarrazzi, and smile. They don't mind. Appreciation of the softness of those smiles and the tenderness of the touch of a child helps focus on showing you what I see. I enjoy relaxed, casual settings and spontaneous situations, quietly, invisibly wandering among you. To depict joy or sadness, peace or excitement, the full spectrum of emotion, that is my objective.

Susan was exposed to photography growing up with a photo hobbyist father. Susan started her formal photographic path in early 2012 with Continuing Education courses in Digital Photography and Web Design at University of Texas, Arlington. She soon found she was viewing the world and her life from a new perspective. Retiring in 2012 from too many years of accounting, she is now focused on converting her passion for photography into a sustainable late in life pursuit, along with creating crocheted accessories, jewelry and sewing.
